Give dividends as a closely held company

As an owner of a limited liability company, you can donate your Shares and your dividends tax-free to Erikshjälpen. Give a gift of shares to Erikshjälpen and let your Shares support children, and the world they dream of.

What is a close company?

A closely held company is a company in which four or fewer people own more than half of the company. As a private individual resident in Sweden and a partner in a closely held company, you have the right to donate all or part of the dividends from the closely held company as a gift of shares, completely tax-free.

By giving the dividend to Erikshjälpen, which has a 90 account, the entire dividend goes to the organization and the work for children's rights worldwide.
