Erikshjälpen is a child rights organisation a non-profit second-hand business. We operate in several locations in Sweden under the name Erikshjälpen Framtidsverkstad. Together with children, young people, and parents, we want to create conditions for personal development and social mobilization. As program coordinator, you report to the department manager and are part of the centrally employed team at the Program Department Sweden. Your main task is to work with the team and local staff to develop, coordinate, and evaluate Erikshjälpen's work in Sweden based on a strategy with a vision, goals, guidelines, and procedures for the work.

• Experience in social work with people in vulnerable life situations
• Knowledge of Erikshjälpen and its future workshops.
