Temporary HR Specialist

Erikshjälpen is a child rights organisation a non-profit second-hand business. We have been working to combat poverty and vulnerability by promoting children's rights since 1967. Together with local partner organisations , we partner organisations long-term with children's rights in 16 countries. In total, we run around 50 Erikshjälpen Second Hand in Sweden and Norway.

Description of the project

You will work in a positive and committed HR department consisting of an HR manager, HR specialists, labor market coordinators, and a work environment coordinator. We work on a trust-based basis within the organization and provide internal training in leadership and business-related topics to ensure continuous learning within the organization. Through our social goals, we work to promote meaningful employment and sustainable social development within Second Hand, which also influences our HR work.

Work tasks

HR's mission is to work to ensure that Erikshjälpen is an attractive employer and to provide professional management support to our managers throughout the country. Your duties will include:

• Providing operational support to operations managers at Erikshjälpen Second Hand relevant HR matters such as recruitment, rehabilitation, contract issues, and personnel matters in two of our regions.
• You participate in the regions' operations manager meetings.
• Participate in various HR processes related to HR's mission in the regions.
• Participate in training initiatives in the field of HR.
• The role includes administrative tasks related to your assignment.
• Travel, primarily to the regions you will be responsible for, is included in the assignment.

Qualifications

You

• has training in human resources or equivalent
• has experience from a wide range of HR work, such as management support in recruitment, rehabilitation, work environment and health, and personnel matters
• preferably with experience in retail
• have a positive outlook on people and want to contribute broadly within our HR department
• enjoys administration and Monitoring
• are good at building trust, working in teams, and pursuing issues independently
• is structured and has good organizational skills
• are flexible in your approach to work – standing up for routines and processes, but also understanding the day-to-day reality of the stores
• shares our core values, which are based on three basic principles: the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, the spirit of Erik and a Christian view of humanity.
