Erikshjälpen is a child rights organisation with a non-profit second hand business. We work in about 100 projects in 16 countries and we run about 50 stores within Erikshjälpen Second Hand in Sweden and Norway. We work according to the vision; A changed world where children's dreams come to life. Our mission is to fight poverty and vulnerability by realizing children's rights, worldwide.
In Lund, the store has been run Erikshjälpen Second Hand 35 years in collaboration between the Pentecostal Church and Erikshjälpen Second Hand . The Pentecostal Church is the principal for the store and thus the employer. The Pentecostal congregation in Lund is very socially engaged. In addition to the three Erikshjälpen stores in the municipality of Lund, the congregation runs Mathjälpen and other social projects in Lund and abroad.
We are looking for someone who wants to work with supervising our volunteers, work trainees, interns, and employees. You will work closely with the store manager and other supervisors, and together you will create an environment where everyone can participate based on their individual circumstances. Together with your colleagues, you will drive the daily operations forward. You will be responsible for several departments in the store and will work together with those you supervise. You will mainly be in the store and preparation area, but there will also be some administrative tasks.
We expect that you, as the recipient of this position, will be a good representative of the Pentecostal Church in Lund and Erikshjälpen Second Hand following and working to achieve the organization's policies and surplus goals, social goals, and environmental goals.
