As a recruiter, you engage more people to become donors to Erikshjälpen. The more donors we get, the more we can do for children living in vulnerability. You will have an extra job that is both meaningful and fulfilling while inspiring people to make a difference themselves.
When you work as a recruiter for us, you become an ambassador for Erikshjälpen. You meet people at events, concerts, festivals and conferences. You tell about Erikshjälpen's activities and give visitors the opportunity to support our work for children's rights. Examples of events we participate in are the Gullbranna Festival, the Torp Conference, the Malmö Festival, the Nyhem Conference and concerts we organize ourselves.
As a fundraiser, you will work with our dedicated fundraising coordinators and other fundraisers to promote children's rights in Sweden and around the world.
As a recruiter at Erikshjälpen, you will have the opportunity to develop your communication skills, creativity and leadership.
The task is not to persuade people to give money, but to offer an opportunity to give to Erikshjälpen and thus contribute to a slightly better world. When you choose to become a weaver, you will receive training in how to do this according to our principles and values.
Erikshjälpen works in five regions around the world and in Sweden to ensure that more children have their rights fulfilled. Our work would not be possible without the Support our donors. With long-term giving, we can change people's lives and entire communities. To continue doing so, we need more donors to support us. That's why we need recruiters, who help us recruit new donors.
When you work as a Youth Fundraising Ambassador for us, you become an ambassador for Erikshjälpen. You will be on site at events, concerts, festivals and conferences, where you get to meet people and tell them about Erikshjälpen's work. You will be part of a group of committed Youth Fundraising Ambassador and have the opportunity to develop your communication skills, leadership and creativity.
Our main focus is on recruiting young donors to become Youth Sponsor. We have previously recruited at places such as Dreamhack, Gullbrannafestivalen, Sweden Rock, Malmöfestivalen and Visfestivalen.
As a Youth Fundraising Ambassador for Erikshjälpen, you don't have to persuade people to donate money. Instead, you offer those who already want to give to give to Erikshjälpen. You will receive training in how to do this in the best way according to our principles and values.
Working hours are 5-10 hours per occasion with a fixed hourly wage. Work often takes place in the evenings and at weekends. Travel and accommodation are reimbursed when traveling.
As a Volunteer , you contribute your time and work voluntarily for Erikshjälpen Second Hand or Erikshjälpen Framtidsverkstad. As a recruiter, you receive an hourly wage and participate in events to inspire more people to become donors to Erikshjälpen.
As a Volunteer at Erikshjälpen Second Hand, you help to run the store by sorting, pricing, displaying goods or manning the cash register and kafé. You can also contribute by working with the collection and delivery of goods.
As a Volunteer in Erikshjälpen Framtidsverkstad you contribute with security, community and study help for children, young people and adults in our Future Workshops. You support and inspire the participants through practical help, social engagement and shared experiences.
