In 2025, 86.2 percent of our revenue went toward our work for children’s rights in Sweden and around the world. Our program expenses are directly linked to Erikshjälpen’s mission and vision. These include aid projects, information campaigns, and advocacy efforts. They also include salaries and administrative costs for the staff working on these activities.
In 2025, 7.0 percent of our revenue went toward fundraising costs. Fundraising costs are direct expenses incurred to encourage and inspire people to contribute to Erikshjälpen’s work through marketing, fundraising letters, and communications. This also includes salaries and administrative costs for staff working on fundraising.
In 2025, 5.1 percent of our revenue went toward administrative expenses. Administrative expenses include costs necessary to operate and manage the Erikshjälpen organization. This serves as a guarantee of quality for the cause and for the donor. Administrative expenses include salaries and administrative costs for staff in HR, finance, and IT, as well as Secretary-General. This category also includes accounting and auditing costs, as well as other expenses that cannot be attributed to fundraising or project activities.

In 2025, Erikshjälpen collaborated with 60 international partners around the world. In total, Erikshjälpen reached 265,776 children worldwide through its partners.
In 2025, Erikshjälpen’s donors supported 84 projects focused on children’s rights. The focus has been on children’s right to education and leisure, health, safety and protection, as well as disaster response and disaster risk reduction.
In 2025, Erikshjälpen has been working on long-term interventions children and families in 16 countries. Eight more urgent humanitarian interventions carried out in four countries.
