Erikshjälpen is checked annually by Swedish Fundraising Control for safe giving. We are members of Giva Sverige and have a 90 account.

We account and report to Giva Sverige

Erikshjälpen is a member of professional association Giva Sverige for fundraising organizations and follows their rules to ensure the quality of our work. Every year, Erikshjälpen submits an impact report to Giva Sverige. The purpose of the impact report is to show donors, the public and other stakeholders the benefits of our organization. An external auditor will review and certify that the organization, for example, has governing documents for ethical guidelines for fundraising. Safely giving

We have been awarded Giva Sweden's quality seal Tryggt givande, which means that we meet all the requirements of their quality code, and are audited by an authorized auditor. The label stands for quality, professionalism and transparency as well as ethical fundraising of gifts.

90 account

Erikshjälpen has a 90 account that guarantees that the donations we receive are used correctly. The operations are controlled by Swedish Fundraising Controlwhich requires that at least 75 percent of the funds collected go to our purpose. A maximum of 25% of the income may be used for fundraising and administration costs. Our ambition is that these costs should never exceed 15%. In 2024, they amounted to 11.6%.

The 90 account is a quality stamp that shows that we are a serious fundraising organization that is under independent accountability and review by Swedish Fundraising Control. A 90 account is a seven-digit PlusGiro or Bankgiro account that begins with 90.

Annual review by independent auditors

Every year, Erikshjälpen's accounting, financial statements and annual report, as well as the Board's management and internal control, are reviewed by authorized auditors.
