Feedback can concern anything within Erikshjälpen or Erikshjälpen Second Hand's activities, both positive and negative. For example, it can be praise or suggestions for improvement. Feedback is submitted directly to the department to which the matter relates.

A complaint is intended to draw our attention to shortcomings in our operations and those of our partners. It may concern deviations, or suspected deviations, from agreements, guidelines and policies.
Complaints can be submitted directly to an organization or reported via the Complaints Form.
By taking advantage of the opportunity for whistle blowing workers, volunteers and trainees in work-related contexts can report violations and serious misconduct that are of such a nature that the public has an interest in their detection and stopping.
