The course "Parenting – About relationships, security, and being a parent" is acourse for those who want inspiration, new perspectives, and community in their everyday lives as parents.
Together with other parents, we discuss topics such as communication, relationships, attachment, conflicts, daily routines, and cooperation with the school.
The meetings are based on conversation, reflection, and simple practical exercises. There are no right or wrong answers here—your own experiences are an important part of the learning process. In a safe and respectful group, you will have the opportunity to share your thoughts, listen to others, and discover what works for your family.
The study circle consists of several independent meetings and is adapted to the needs of the group. The focus is on strengthening security, participation, and joy in family life.
The course "Parenting Power – About relationships, security, and being a parent" is Erikshjälpen Framtidsverkstad by Erikshjälpen Framtidsverkstad in collaboration with the educational association Bilda.The course is part of the dream project Föräldrakraft(Parenting Power).
