Welcome to an afternoon at the Pentecostal Church in Jönköping focused on the message of Christmas. Join us for a talk in which Daniel Röjås will share his thoughts on what Christmas can mean in our time.
For many people, Christmas is a major holiday filled with anticipation and a warm, cozy atmosphere. But amid all the Christmas hustle and bustle, one might wonder: What is Christmas really about? Does the Bible’s account of the first Christmas still have something to say to us today? Something that conveys a peace that endures even after we’ve put away the Christmas decorations?
Daniel Röjås is an author, speaker, and pastor at Centrumkyrkan in Boxholm and Pingstkyrkan in Mjölby. In his talk, he explores the Christian message of Christmas and its significance for people today. Drawing on his book *Mer än tomtar och glögg* (*More Than Elves and Mulled Wine*), he addresses topics such as faith, hope, and meaning.
In addition to Daniel Röjås, Camilla Wahlgren and Kristina Hestner will also be performing on vocals and piano.
This lecture is being held in collaboration with the children's rights organization Erikshjälpen, which will also be present during the lecture.
