A warm welcome to Betel Fornåsa and a heartfelt evening with Clas Vårdstedt! “I tryggt förvar” is an intimate and heartwarming concert featuring just a voice and a piano, breathing new life into a treasure trove of songs that will remain relevant for years to come.
Clas is a highly regarded songwriter, artist, producer, and author. In his own unique way, he has proven himself to be a messenger of comfort and hope. He is a songwriter who is able to describe God’s presence in the simple, everyday things—in what we call our lives.
Songs like “You Hold My Life in Your Hands” and “Heaven Comes to Visit” have taken on special significance for many, and there are countless testimonies of how his songs have touched and reached people in situations where they desperately needed a reminder from heaven.
Through intimate, personal stories based on some of his most beloved songs, Clas shares what it’s like to live in the midst of everyday life with a vibrant sense of God’s presence—and the freedom that comes with that kind of life. A message of hope, trust, and God’s faithfulness, conveyed in both words and music, which often flows into communal singing and surrender.
This concert is being held in collaboration with and to benefit Erikshjälpen. Clas has a big heart for vulnerable children and their right to simply be children, and through his collaboration with us, he hopes that his concerts can also make a difference and give more children the opportunity to dare to dream. During the evening, there will be an opportunity to make a voluntary donation.
After the concert, there will be tacos.
