Welcome to a unique concert experience where Janne Schaffer performs his musical story "My Music Story" together with singer and pianist Jonas Gröning.
Janne Schaffer has been part of the Swedish music scene for over 50 years. He has played on almost 5000 songs, released 27 albums of his own and made ten albums with the Electric Banana Band.
At the heart of Janne's creativity lie two convictions: every person's responsibility to protect the environment and the healing power of music.
Join Janne Schaffer and his fellow musician Jonas Gideon on a journey filled with musical joy, energy, and enthusiasm. My Music Story features well-known songs from the pop bands of the 1960s, ABBA, Ted Gärdestad, Björn J:son Lindh, and others.
Between songs, Janne shares memories, encounters, and stories from his years as a musician. It's a unique mix of live music and personal stories that show how music can be a source of comfort and support for healing throughout life.
"I am so grateful that I can still be active as a soloist, songwriter, and studio musician, and I promise to offer lots of music along with wonderful and fun memories," says Janne.
The tour is organized by the event company Northevent AB in collaboration with us at Erikshjälpen. Schaffer wants these concerts to also make a difference for children and families living in vulnerable situations.
Tickets can be purchased at nortic.se. A service fee may apply.
Caregivers are admitted free of charge.
The concert lasts approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. Doors open approximately 45 minutes before the concert starts.
Welcome to a fantastic concert with beloved hits from ABBA, Gärdestad and DAIS - where musical joy, warmth and a fantastic song treasure are at the center.
The vocal group DAIS was formed in 2021 and has since enjoyed great success. They have released music with Sonja Aldén, toured with Shirley Clamp and country singer Doug Seegers, sung with John Lundvik and collaborated with Veronica Maggio and Miriam Bryant.
DAIS has been praised by The Real Group and compared to the supergroup Pentatonix. DAIS is absolutely world class and is an awesome live band where the song and show are in focus during their concerts!
All concerts are done in collaboration with us at Erikshjälpen, as DAIS wants these concerts to also mean something for vulnerable children and their families.
- "No one can do everything, but everyone can do something and we are so happy that Erikshjälpen wants to do this with us. It is so nice to be able to contribute with the little we have to make a difference, DAIS describes.
A service fee may apply. More information on the service fee and conditions for escorts is available at the respective point of sale.
Entry is approximately 45 minutes before the start of the concert.

After a few years of absence from live performances, Erik Tilling is now back, the guitarist and songwriter who for over 20 years has performed hopeful songs about God's faithfulness despite life's bumps. Paul Biktor Börjesson is a musician and songwriter who has produced some of Sweden's most established Christian artists but has also released music under his own name over the years. Erik and Paul have a musical kinship and appeal that makes this duo extra interesting. Both musically and lyrically.
The collaboration with Erikshjälpen adds another dimension to the music, as you are given the opportunity to support our work to strengthen children's rights around the world. It will be an evening filled with comfort, encouragement, and, above all, hope!
Children ages 0–15 get in free.
Local project choirs will participate in the concerts in Umeå, Örnsköldsvik, and Gävle.
