By strengthening children’s and young people’s own dreams, motivations, and abilities, we foster hope for the future and lay the groundwork for long-term, positive change. The work we do is carried out in close collaboration with municipal services, the business community, and the rest of civil society.

Together with a colleague who is responsible for parent-focused interventions, you will lead the day-to-day operations; the team also includes activity leaders and volunteers.
