Erikshjälpen is a child rights organisation a nonprofit secondhand business. Together, we share a common vision: a better where children’s dreams come true.
We work to combat poverty and vulnerability by promoting children's rights in 16 countries. In Sweden, children's rights work is mainly carried out through Erikshjälpen Framtidsverkstad, in close collaboration with our second-hand stores. In total, we operate around 50 Erikshjälpen Second Hand in Sweden and Norway. One of Erikshjälpen Second Hand's missions is to generate as much surplus possible for the children's rights organization Erikshjälpen.
As a payroll administrator, you are responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in accordance with applicable laws, collective bargaining agreements, and internal policies and guidelines throughout Erikshjälpen. Your role involves close collaboration with HR, Finance, and managers, as well as contact with government agencies and external parties. This is a 50% position, which means you will work full days for two weeks each month.
