As a supervisor, you play a key role in helping the store achieve its established goals: our profitability goal, our social goal, and our environmental goal. You work on the operational side, leading and participating in day-to-day operations with a particular focus on preparation—that is, the “path of the gift” through receiving, sorting, appraising, price-tagging, and preparing items for sale.
No two days are alike, and as a supervisor, you need to be flexible and enjoy a varied workload.

Erikshjälpen is a child rights organisation a nonprofit secondhand business. Together, we share a common vision: a better where children’s dreams come true.
We work to combat poverty and vulnerability by promoting children's rights in 16 countries. In Sweden, children's rights work is mainly carried out through Erikshjälpen Framtidsverkstad, in close collaboration with our second-hand stores. In total, we operate around 50 Erikshjälpen Second Hand in Sweden and Norway. One of Erikshjälpen Second Hand's missions is to generate as much surplus possible for the children's rights organization Erikshjälpen.
