At Erikshjälpen, we usually say that we are a child rights organisation with a non-profit second-hand business. You can tell from the name that we want to help and are a kind of aid organization. But how we want to help is at least as important. Erikshjälpen works to combat poverty and vulnerability by realizing children's rights.
We believe in child participation and the ability of children to change their own situation.
Things to consider when donating to organisations
- Choose an organization you can trust - preferably one with a 90 account and membership in Giva Sverige.
- The less administration required, the more of your gift is put to good use. Giving monthly via Autogiro requires minimal administration.
- Give more without costing you more with the Gift AidTax reduction .
- You can also donate money to the organisations by include us in your Will and making a gift.
- Choose an organization that works on a rights-based basis so that your gift helps to create lasting change.

No, you are welcome to donate clothes, furniture or other items that you no longer use! Donate your things to Erikshjälpen Second Hand - the surplus from the stores goes to Erikshjälpen's work for children's rights, worldwide.
Choose an organization you can trust - preferably one with a 90 account and membership in Giva Sverige. Then you know that the organization is checked every year. More detailed information about an organization's finances can be found in the annual report. Erikshjälpens annual report is available in our Document room. If you choose to become a donor to Erikshjälpen, you will also receive regular feedback on our interventions through newsletters, fundraising letters and other channels.
