Erikshjälpen is a child rights organisation a non-profit second-hand business. We work in 16 countries, including Sweden, and we run around 50 stores under Erikshjälpen Second Hand Sweden, Norway, and online. We work according to the vision "A changed world where children's dreams come true." Our mission is to combat poverty and vulnerability by realizing children's rights around the world.
As Sales and Operations Manager for Erikshjälpen Second Hand stores, you will drive the development of our business while ensuring that our operational processes are efficient, sustainable, and value-creating, both for the business and for the people involved in it.

In your day-to-day work, you will use your business acumen to create opportunities to transform gifts into attractive second-hand goods, highlight the importance of reuse, and contribute to a customer experience that is both simple and inspiring. The role is primarily tactical with operational elements, but also includes a strategic layer where you identify areas for improvement, analyze data, and translate insights into decisions that strengthen the business over time.

With your strengths, you create engagement, and through your managers, you get volunteers, employees, and partners on board to develop working methods and together generate good surplus our cause.
You are a member of the association's management team and work closely with its various functions. The role involves overall responsibility for the operational activities of our stores and the people who work there. You will have a broad and competent team around you and will have direct personnel responsibility for regional managers and the logistics manager.

Experience in retail, second-hand stores, chain operations, and the non-profit sector is an advantage.
