Erikshjälpen is currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our store in Kristianstad. This is a permanent position with a start date in spring 2026. Erikshjälpen is a child rights organisation a non-profit second-hand business. Together, we share a common vision: a changed world where children's dreams come true.
We work to combat poverty and vulnerability by promoting children's rights in 16 countries. In Sweden, children's rights work is mainly carried out through Erikshjälpen Framtidsverkstad, in close collaboration with our second-hand stores. In total, we operate around 50 Erikshjälpen Second Hand in Sweden and Norway. One of Erikshjälpen Second Hand's missions is to generate as much surplus possible for the children's rights organization Erikshjälpen.
As Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations and will lead the daily work in the store to ensure that established profit, social, and environmental goals are met. Together with the Store Manager, you will contribute to the development of the business.
The store in Kristianstad is operated in partnership with Östermalm Church.
As Assistant Operations Manager, you will work alongside the Operations Manager to develop the business, with a focus on personnel, the budget, the work environment, and sales.
