Erikshjälpen is a child rights organisation a non-profit second-hand business. Together, we share a common vision: a changed world where children's dreams come true.
We work to combat poverty and vulnerability by promoting children's rights in 16 countries. In Sweden, children's rights work is mainly carried out through Erikshjälpen Framtidsverkstad, in close collaboration with our second-hand stores. In total, we operate around 50 Erikshjälpen Second Hand in Sweden and Norway. One of Erikshjälpen Second Hand's missions is to generate as much surplus possible for the children's rights organization Erikshjälpen.
The store currently has a store manager, three supervisors, and a number of dedicated store associates. As a supervisor, you are an operational leader who strives to optimize productivity, efficiency, and quality. You will play a key role in helping the store achieve its established goals, including our profit targets, social goals, and environmental goals.
No two days are alike. As a supervisor, we expect you to take the initiative when needed and enjoy a varied workload.
