Erikshjälpen is a child rights organisation a non-profit second-hand business. Together, we share a common vision: a changed world where children's dreams come true.
We work to combat poverty and vulnerability by promoting children's rights in 16 countries. In Sweden, children's rights work is mainly carried out through Erikshjälpen Framtidsverkstad, in close collaboration with our second-hand stores. In total, we operate around 50 Erikshjälpen Second Hand in Sweden and Norway. One of Erikshjälpen Second Hand's missions is to generate as much surplus possible for the children's rights organization Erikshjälpen.
In Vänersborg, the store is run in collaboration between the Pentecostal Church in Vänersborg and Erikshjälpen.
The store currently has an operations manager, four supervisors (one of whom is retiring) and a number of dedicated store employees. As a supervisor, you are an operational leader and strive to optimize productivity, efficiency, and quality. You will play an important role in achieving the store's set goals: our surplus goal, social goals, and environmental goals.
No two days are alike, so as a supervisor, we expect you to be flexible, take charge of what needs to be done, and enjoy varied work.
