Erikshjälpen is a child rights organisation a nonprofit secondhand business. Together, we share a common vision: a better where children’s dreams come true.
We work to combat poverty and vulnerability by promoting children's rights in 16 countries. In Sweden, children's rights work is mainly carried out through Erikshjälpen Framtidsverkstad, in close collaboration with our second-hand stores. In total, we operate around 50 Erikshjälpen Second Hand in Sweden and Norway. One of Erikshjälpen Second Hand's missions is to generate as much surplus possible for the children's rights organization Erikshjälpen.
We’re looking for someone who wants to work with mentoring our volunteers, work-training participants, interns, and employees. You’ll work closely with the store manager and other supervisors, and together you’ll create an environment where everyone can participate based on their individual circumstances.
Together with your coworkers, you’ll drive the day-to-day operations forward. You’ll be responsible for several departments in the store and will work alongside the staff you supervise. You’ll primarily be working on the sales floor and in the food preparation area, but you’ll also have some administrative duties.
We expect that you, as the recipient of this position, will be a good representative of the Pentecostal Church in Lund and Erikshjälpen Second Hand following and working to achieve the organization's policies and surplus goals, social goals, and environmental goals.
