Here is a short version of the CRC adapted for primary school students. The Convention on the Rights of the Child has 54 rules, usually referred to as articles.

Applications from families wishing to be reunited should be handled quickly and kindly.
Countries should work to stop children being taken illegally to other countries.
Every child has the right to express their views on all matters concerning them and adults should listen to their views.
Every child has the right to say what they want, believe what they want and join groups and associations.
Every child's privacy should be respected.
Countries should ensure that children receive good information from newspapers, TV and other media.
Both parents are responsible for the child's upbringing and development.
Every child has the right to be protected from violence, abuse and exploitation.
A child who cannot live with his or her family has the right to a safe and good alternative home.
In the case of adoption, the best interests of the child must always come first.
A refugee child has the right to protection and assistance.
A child with a disability has the right to live a good life and be part of society.
Every child has the right to well-being and healthcare. Traditions that harm children must be stopped.
Countries should regularly review the situation of children who do not live with their parents.
Every child has the right to get help if their family has no money. They also have the right to live well and have what they need to feel good.
Every child has the right to go to school. Primary education should be free and help children develop and learn to respect human rights.
A child belonging to a minority has the right to their language, culture and religion.
Every child has the right to play, rest and have free time.
Every child should be protected from dangerous work and work that hinders their schooling.
Every child should be protected from drugs.
Every child should be protected from sexual abuse.
Countries should fight child trafficking.
Every child should be protected from all forms of exploitation.
No child should be subjected to torture or cruel treatment. Imprisonment should only be used as a last resort and for the shortest possible time.
No child may be used as a soldier.
A child who has been subjected to violence or abuse has the right to help and Support to recover.
A child accused of a crime has the right to be treated fairly.
If there are laws that are better for the child than the CRC, those laws should be followed.
Countries should inform both adults and children about what the UNCRC says.
The UN has a group called the Committee on the Rights of the Child. They monitor countries' compliance with the Convention on the Rights of the Child and receive reports from countries on how they are doing.
A country must comply with the Convention on the Rights of the Child once it has signed it and pledged to abide by its rules.
