Workplace activity

At Erikshjälpen Second Hand Hand we offer different forms of workplace activities. There are reasons that may lie behind the need for an internship. We are flexible and are happy to cooperate with municipalities, employment services and schools so that the internship with us will lead to something good - not least for those who long to enter the labor market.

Practice

Doing an internship with us brings you closer to the labor market, allowing you to try out tasks under supervision. You will gain practical work experience and strengthen your chances of getting a job, while being supported in your situation and given the opportunity for personal development.

Work training

Job training means that you will be able to participate in our activities for a period of time and carry out tasks without the same productivity requirements. The work is adapted to you as a person and you will be supported by a supervisor along the way.

Work tasks

We can offer tasks in:

• Shop work
• Warehousing and logistics
• Transportation
• Reconditioning of gifts in different product groups
• Cleaning and maintenance of premises
• Renovation of furniture
• Catering, staff coffee

We can also offer:

• Conversation groups
• Community and fruitful meetings with colleagues

How to apply for a traineeship

• Contact your caseworker and book a personal visit to your local Erikshjälpen Second Hand.
• During the visit, you will meet our staff, see our premises and get your own idea of what we can offer.
• If the location is of interest and we are in mutual agreement, we will draw up a contract for your traineeship - and the path towards your new goal can begin!
