Surplus goes to child rights work

All Surplus from Erikshjälpen Second Hand goes to the work for children's rights. The more people who donate to us or buy second hand - the more children we can help in our interventions.

How our stores are run

Our stores are run in different ways and look different. Some stores we own and operate ourselves, others are run with local partners - for example, an association or a local parish, which then signed a cooperation agreement with Erikshjälpen.

How the surplus is distributed

The surplus from our stores is shared between Erikshjälpen and the stores' local partners. All Surplus goes to a rights-based, long-term and humanitarian work with children and families in focus.

In cases where the store is wholly owned by Erikshjälpen, all Surplus goes to our interventions. In stores where we collaborate with others, the surplus is divided between our projects and the projects that the partner supports.

The surplus finances 25 percent of Erikshjälpen's interventions

The surplus from Erikshjälpen Second Hand constitutes 25% of Erikshjälpen's total Funding.
